3.1 What are cookies?

Cookies are files that store small amounts of information downloaded to your computer or mobile device when you visit a website. These cookies are sent back to the originating website on subsequent visits or to another site that recognizes them. Cookies are useful because they allow a website to recognize a user’s device.

Cookies serve various purposes, such as enabling efficient page navigation and remembering your preferences. They help us understand how the site is used and enhance your online experience. Cookies may also ensure that online ads are more relevant to you and your interests.

3.2 What cookies does Amar Assist use?

Most cookies used are session cookies, meaning they are automatically deleted minutes after you leave the site. These are essential for the proper functioning of the website, accurate data recording when a form is completed, and audience monitoring.

We also use cookies with longer expiration periods. Their sole purpose is to recognize a user upon returning to the site, provide a more pleasant navigation experience, and customize advertising delivery.

3.3 What type of information is stored in these cookies?

Only basic information is stored—without any personal identification. Each user is assigned a random ID number that stores only navigation-related data.

3.4 Are there third-party cookies?

Amar Assist works with strategic digital partners, such as Google Analytics, Facebook, and Bing. Therefore, when visiting our website, cookies from these companies may also be stored. These behave similarly to our cookies, with predefined expiration times and no storage of personal data.
